The Optimat KAL 310 series permits processing of all types of edging materials - for instance solid wood, coil and fixed length materials, melamine, PVC, ABS and veneered edges to name only some examples. For banding work, hot melt glues are usually used, while PU glues are applied for special requirements.
The Edging Optimat is used for banding straight edges on ready-sized workpieces. The basic version comprises a gluing unit, edging magazine, pressure zone and snipping unit.
