Micronic's extensive range of black tubes ensure that samples are not degraded by exposure to light, even over long-term storage periods. Produced from the highest quality, FDA approved carbon-filled polypropylene, in state-of-the-art class 7 (clean room 10,000) automated production facilities, all Micronic black tubes are 'sample safe' free from additives or leachates. All Micronic black tubes are also fully validated RNase and DNase free meaning they can be used with even the most sensitive biological samples.

A comprehensive selection of non-coded and 2D coded black tubes is available in a range of standard sizes (0.65ml, 1.4ml and 7.5 ml) to cater for almost any storage requirement. The black tube range is fully compatible with all Micronic storage racks, tube capping systems and tube readers.
