ELM series: it's highly versatile and, if used with a parallel-kit, it represents the ideal solution to set up synchronized movement systems.
Available in four sizes from 50 to 110 mm, it has a self-supporting structure made by a square-section of extruded and anodized aluminum. The thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced with steel wires. The carriage is running on a linear guide with two "Maintenance-free" caged-balls blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls on grinded and hardened bars.
A polyurethane sealing strip guarantees a complete protection of the driving-belt and the linear guide against chips, liquids or other contaminants.
The components used for the movement (lubricant reservoir, caged balls of the blocks, double-lip seals) promote a "maintenance-free" system. ELM is the best product for applications in very aggressive working environments, high speed movement and repeatability.
