The ergonomic microscope for all laboratory applications
The issues of user comfort have become ever more important in the laboratory. To address these concerns, Olympus has introduced the new BX45. The design priorities throughout were to build in the maximum ergonomic flexibility. The result is a microscope system that offers a substantial improvement in posture management for long term use and multiple users.
Adjustment of observation position is the single most significant feature for user comfort. The BX45 gives increased flexibility to set both height and angle of the eyepiece. This ensures that every user can set the microscope up to suit their observation position - rather than adjusting their posture to match the microscope.
The binocular observation tube is available in two versions - with an erect image, and an inverted image. Many experienced users find it easier to work with an inverted image, particularly when changing over from another microscope.
