mso jena offers now fluorescence filters for the complete range of modern fluorescence microscopy including laser-scanning microscopy. Transmittance up to 95 % in the passband, deep blocking below 0.001 % in the stopband, and a transition within 5 nm from 100 % to 0.001 % in transmittance are examples of the parameters of the latest filter offer.

Plasma ion-assisted deposition provides long-time stable optical coatings without any wavelength shift under alternating environmental conditions. Whereas in the past fluorescence filters were hermetically sealed by placing them between two or more glass substrates, they can now be deposited onto the surface of a single substrate.

Additionally to the advanced spectral performance, the fluorescence filters are characterized by a single-substrate assembly. This allows to define the substrate quality in a perfectly new standard for fluorescence filter applications.
