The state-of-the-art 8 x 8 Photovoltaic HgCdTe focal plane array (FPA) is processed on Fermionicsþ advanced liquid-phase epitaxial (LPE) grown wafers. The versatility of the LPE technique assures the desired cut-off wavelength to be easily adjusted. The proprietary process yields excellent detection performance in the short-wave (SWIR), mid-wave (MWIR), and long-wave (LWIR) infrared region.
