Description
Graphic control center with multi-resource planning GANTTPLAN closes the gap between the rough planning in the ERP system or MS Excel and the production planners in the job preparation.

The decisive novelty consists in the innovative approach of the multi-resource planning. For this purpose, all needed resources for the production are considered, planned and shown in parallel in case of the simulation- and optimization-based planning. The intelligent planning algorithm loads
orders to machines with free capacity only if the needed materials, employees and/or operating equipment are available too. Thus, the various planning levels or departments can be harmonized and matched to each other. Bottlenecks or conflicts that cause delivery date delays are early detected by the planning responsible who is then able to interactively initiate necessary countermeasures. Moreover, production plans can be further optimized with respect to various objectives to reduce the costs. For the planning, forward and backward planning strategies can be selected.
