Goodfellow Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM-C), also known as acetal copolymer, in spheres of 12.7 mm to their growing offering of polymer materials. Unlike polyoxymethylene homopolymer (POM-H), which has a good combination of physical and mechanical properties but limited resistance to hot liquids, POM-C can be used in a number of applications involving contact with both cold and hot water, such as in valves, pumps, food processing equipment, coffee jugs, etc.

POM-C is also available from Goodfellow as sheets ranging in thickness from 1 mm to 10 mm, and as rods with diameters from 10 mm to 150 mm. For more information about POM-C or any of the other polymers or materials offered by Goodfellow, email info@goodfellow.com.
