- Purpose:
To avoid adhesion of greases.

- Description:
The grease separator is logically connected to the machine in which there' s a float connected with an exhaust hose-pipe. After the machine stands still, the level of the liquid will be creamed through the floater.

Divisions separate the grease during the lead-through, while the liquid returns to the machine.The machine is provided with 2 grease draining points.

Because the machine has to stand still during this treatment, it' s better to choose herefor the "dead" moments.

The setting-up of the clock in the electric box must be done in such way that the pump starts to operate automatically for 2 hours, twice in 24 hours and 7 days on 7.
The control of the grease draining is optic via a removable cover.
