Frankfurt Laser Company offers a new line of temperature-stabilized laser diode modules. The modules offer circular beam shape combined with low beam divergence, ultra-stable power output ( < 1% ) and wavelength ( <0.1nm) over a wide temperature band ( 0 +50°C ) and exceptional axis stability and alignment.

Optical signal can be modulated through integrated port up to 1MHZ digital and 20KHz analog. Laser diode wavelength is tunable within 6nm range.
