The JPK Instruments Heating-Cooling Stage (HCS) is designed for SPM experiments in air or liquids from 0°C up to 100°C. It can also be used together with closed fluid cells such as the JPK Instruments SmallCell™ .
The drift in all dimensions that usually complicates measurements at the same sample position could be minimized by an optimized design and a careful choice of materials. Excess heat of the thermoelectric elements is dissipated by state of-the-art noisefree thermal management technology. Key features temperature range: 0°C to 100°C
resolution: 0.1 °C double stage thermoelectric element compatible to the NanoWizard® AFM head drift-minimized in all three directions
