Visitors to the HepcoMotion stand no. C32, Hall 22 can see demonstrations of the following products from the range.

HepcoMotion® has developed a new ball screw driven version of its proven Profile Drive Unit – the PSD120 introduced to meet increasing demand with good universal performance in a highly cost-efficient and maintenance-free package.

The HepcoMotion® DLS family of belt driven linear transmission units has proved a very popular addition and the options have now been extended with the launch of the DLS5, a larger unit with a 50mm wide belt.

It’s a similar success story with the HepcoMotion Profile Drive Unit (PDU2). Demand for this product continues to grow and at Hanover, a new double-acting variation of the PDU2 – the DAPDU2 – will be featured. Inherent in the design is the proven Herculane® wheel technology that allows excellent load capacity and durability with quiet operation.

Exceptional performance and choice are provided by the new HepcoMotion® HTS Telescopic Ball Bearing Slides.

Another featured product range will be the HepcoMotion® Ball Screw Premier Series (BSP). These high quality, short lead-time ballscrews and supports are available in a wide range of off-the-shelf sizes and are very competitively priced.

Other product developments include the latest generation of the HepcoMotion-ZIMM, Screw Jack Building Block System.

The HepcoMotion® LBG Linear Ball Guides, in a comprehensive range of sizes, precision grades and pre-load options, complete the exhibits.
