With workshops and test facilities deep underground where temperatures remain constant and vibration is practically non-existent Optical Surfaces routinely produces lenses with a surface accuracy of lambda/20 and surface quality of 20:10 scratch dig or better. Working with a comprehensive inventory of tools and test plates Optical Surfaces can produce lenses with focal lengths up to 30m and radii accuracy measured to within 0.01mm.

Optical Surfaces ISO 9001-2000 approved manufacturing facility provides the flexible resources to supply from single specialist requirements to OEM quantity high precision lenses & lens systems. Benefiting from its stable environment, lens quality testing becomes quantifiable and reliable. All lenses and lens systems up to 600 mm diameter are provided with a complete quality test assurance report.
