Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) is a technique in which mixtures of natural or synthetic polymers are separated according to their molecular sizes. This separation occurs in the column where larger molecules would be excluded from some of the available pores and hence be eluted from the column ahead of smaller molecules.
