Alcatel Vacuum Technology offers the Adixen ATH series of hybrid turbomolecular pumps with pumping speeds ranging from 30 ro 300 l/s.

ATH pumps are compatible with most primary pumps, providing an ideal high performance, cost effective and clean vacuum solution.

Some models have been designed for instrumentation or R&D applications while others for heavy cycling applications.
