The IBIS5-A-1300 CMOS has a synchronous (snapshot) shutter with integration times as short as a few microseconds. The maximum pixel rate is 40 Mhz. The multiple slope function allows cameras based on this device to deal with scenes with very high contrasts. The very flexible windowing capability makes it possible to read-out only regions of interest of the captured image, leading to a further reduction of cycle time. On-chip timing and control circuitry combined with the very small outline package allow the realization of very compact and lightweight machine vision cameras. •Image resolution: 1280x1024 •Pixel size: 6,7µm x 6,7µm •Optical format: 8.6mm x 6.9mm = 2/3 inch •Frames per second: 31 •Shutter: rolling and synchronous •Windowing: multiple ROI readout •Extended dynamic range: multiple slope
