SphereOptics is pleased to offer the IPR-DES Series of Light Source Reference Standards from INPHORA —Institute of Photometry and Radiometry — Concord, CA.
The IPR-DES series of temperature and light stabilized light-emitting diodes comply with specific photometric and radiometric standards. The DES units, also known as Standard LEDs, are calibrated using methods recommended by CIE, NIST, PTB and NPL. Standard LEDs are specially selected after 800 hours aging for stability. The temperature is maintained above room temperature for stability and reproducibility of the light output.
IPR-DES1 Product Information The IPR-DES 1series consists of GaAsP emitters (green/red), SIC and GaN emitters (blue) and GaAIAs-GaAs emitters (red/NIR) light sources. Each standard is carefully selected and tested to ensure long-term stability of the reference LEDs.
