Automation W+R's Autoflux® is a powerful image processing software for automatic crack image examinations.
Cracks can be identified based on the magnetic power method.
Our PC-based image processing system classifies the crack images automatically in good or bad groups according to the specified inspection criterion like the crack length.
We integrate our industry-proved systems in your existing production line or offer you a complete individual system according to your needs.

Capability characteristics
We adhere to all relevant DIN regulations with respect to the magnetic powder method (DIN 54130)
Operator independent and reproducible inspection and documentation of all results
Misses can be excluded
Low pseudo false rate, typically 1 - 5 %
On-going monitoring of the process - not magnetized parts are identified and sorted out
In-house developed algorithms track the segmented crack skeletons and combine them accordingly, so that their true length is used to ensure process-safe classification
