The Ca-Zoom^® -6.0 system is the world’s most advanced industrial Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera. The PTZ140 camera can be deployed through 140 mm or 5.5 inch diameter openings, features high-powered 300x zoom, high-performance lighting capability and advanced camera setup features with Everest VIT’s exclusive iView™ image management platform.

The Ca-Zoom® PTZ6.0 system features a laser accessory which is mounted on the PTZ140 or PTZ100 camera head which provide a 50.8 mm (2.0 in.) reference measurement in target area.

With the laser measurement accessory you no longer need to have an existing known reference measurement in the inspection area to be able to use the Comparison Measurement software feature for tracking real time onscreen measurement results.

The Ca-Zoom PTZ-6.0 system measurement software supports two types of comparison measurement:
- Video Caliper
- Circle Gauge

HOW IT WORKS
Comparison measurements begin by establishing a known reference dimension as a reference scale. In the recalled or frozen image, cursors are placed across a known reference dimension and that dimension is entered into the system. The cursors can then be moved anywhere in the image to display the point-to-point dimensions (video caliper), or a circle of known diameter may be placed anywhere on the screen (circle gauge).
