Synventive offers a full line if injection machine nozzles available in lengths and thread sizes to fit all popular injection molding machines.

Filter nozzles: Synventive filter nozzles offer a simple, yet highly effective way to prevent tramp metal and other contaminants from clogging gates or entering the mold, with the filter insert channel and groove configurations optimized for maximum flow at minimum pressure loss. Filter nozzles are also recommended whenever regrind is added to virgin resin or when mold cavity gates are extremely small. All filters can be easily removed for cleaning.

Mixing nozzles: This type of nozzle is designed to improve color dispersion and reduce color loading – an especially important consideration when using regrind materials. Two types of mixing nozzles are available: the Type M, which includes the mixing element permanently bonded to the nozzle bore for maintenance-free operation; and the Type M–BIG, in which the mixing element is removable for easy cleaning.

Nozzles for PVC applications are offered in corrosion-resistant stainless steel and include nylon-style tips, which helps make this sensitive material easier to process.
