The new Intellium H2000™ Simultaneous Phase Shifting Fizeau Interferometer is vibration-insensitive and can capture events as fast as 10 microseconds. Ideally suited for production and other vibration-prone environments, the H2000™ offers excellent measurement versatility for large optic testing , machined parts, and semiconductor wafers. All this in a very compact 190mm (7.5”) x 338 mm (13.5”) footprint.

How it Works

Simultaneous phase-shifting inside the Intellium™ H2000 is performed by replacing the standard camera with a patented HyperPhase™ Module. This module produces three ultra precise phase-shifted interferograms which are simultaneously acquired and processed into a 3D surface map. The HyperPhase™ module is so robust it is backed by a lifetime alignment and phase-shift warranty
