The JUMBOCUT is an automatic water jet cutting system designed for the cutting workshops in the leather sectors (shoes, saddlery, leather working, furniture) . This system enables large series cutting operations.

The JUMBOCUT machine is a built-in system including the pump, the cutting unit and the electric cabinet. The machine is constituted of a welded frame, a carbon fibre gantry holding a cutting head equipped with a pneumatic stop jet and guided from the two sides of the frame by a rollers and racks system. The skins to cut are laid on a first plate allowing loading/unloading and nesting operations, this plate is transferred to the housed cutting area. The second plate located in the cutting area is thus transferred to the loading/unloading area. The transfer is enabled by a high precision chain guidance with automatic positioning of the plates and allows to carry out hidden time cutting operations. A stainless steel tank is located under the cutting area for water and cutting wastes recuperation.

The cutting head is supplied by a LC 17 integrated pump. Power : 10 CV – can supply a Ø 0,15 mm nozzle / 3800 bar and the pump itself is supplied by a booster pump integrated in the machine.

Different peripherals are available in standard or in option :
- EZ-NEST ON LINE : video-projection with direct or non direct lighting according to the possibilities (lowness of the ceiling) for manual or automatic nesting on the skin : in standard
- EZ-NEST OFF LINE : camera and video projector association for the manual or automatic nesting and scanning on skin : optional
- EZ-NEST LT : scanning by manual pointing system, automatic or manual nesting on the screen (OFF-LINE) : optional
Several EZ-NEST systems can be associated to a same machine.
