We service a variety of lasers that are contained within Etec,Estek,KLA/Tencor wafer inspection/ metrology and mask machines. All to within "factory new" specifications.

Evergreen Laser Corporation remanufactures lasers used in many of the ETEC and KLA/Tencor semiconductor markets. This includes the specialized UV lasers and Ultra-precise 4880nm single line ion lasers.

All KLA/Tencor lasers are remanufactured to "as new" specifications. All remanufacturing and alignment is done in house to maintain stringent quality control though out the entire process. Each laser is tested and will perform equal to a new laser. Most models are in stock ready for shipment on an exchange basis.

All Etec Lasers used in UV Mask engravers also undergo the same degree of precise alignment and testing prior to shipment. The Remanufactured laser can actually outperform the OEM due to technical advances in the industry
