LGM 35 permits processing of complex 3D structures including negative forms. No classical consumables and tool wear.
Monolithic welded construction equipped with all peripheries required for a perfect machine tool.
Modern PLC with open architecture, brush less AC servo motors and absolute encoders: no calibration or reference runs anymore integrated measuring devices for on-line control.
Direct processing of workpieces in a CAD/CAM station or manual positioning with subsequent automated engraving.

Programming software, 15 " monitor to control all the engine functions

- CNC operated axis system (brush less), AC motors with absolute encoders and automated speed control when load change.
- Automated gain loop for load error message at each module transferred to the system controller.

- Rotational B axis 360°, multi-revolution, no mechanical stop, speed 0,5 r.p.m.
- Plate 1100 mm diameter with electromechanical indexer carrying 12 moulds, maximum mould diameter 200 mm, maximum weight 60 kg
- ISO 40 cone to fix the support of the mould
