LSA-2c for laser sensing of the atmospheric aerosols and clouds

PRINT
BACK

The laser sensing technique is used, when backscattering signals in UV, visible and infra red spectral ranges are measured. For laser sounding in infra-red region a highly effective avalanche photo diode is used. Laser radiation, that is reflected from the atmosphere at different distances, carries the information on scattering environment, including aerosols and clouds. The detailed description of LSA-2c can be read here: (PDF,268KB)
