Hyprez flat lapping machines are specially engineered for use with Hyprez diamond compounds, slurries and composite lapping plates. These unique machines are designed to remove stock and super finish virtually any solid material to the highest levels of flatness and surface perfection.
The superior abrasive power of diamond particles require lapping and polishing machines with special features and capabilities. Paramount in diamond lapping and polishing is the need to exert higher down forces and more consistent pressure on the workpiece. To achieve this, you need a machine with a very robust drive system.
In each Hyprez lapping and polishing machine, the power train and its capabilities are custom-engineered to maximize the benefits of diamond abrasives. Hyprez machines feature robust drive systems with higher than normal horsepower ratings. They are also engineered to build torque gradually for slow start/slow stop operation, enabling the operator to properly ramp up and down at the beginning and end of each cycle
