Available from Moritex (www.moritex.com) ML-L series Macro Lenses provide an optimised machine vision solution for high-speed processing of large fields of view.

Unlike traditional micro machine vision inspection lenses whose design prioritises operational functions such as small size, long working distance, and depth of field - Moritex Macro lenses were developed to provide the required accuracy to inspect large area components in high resolution.

Based upon proprietary optical technology Moritex Macro lenses provide outstanding high-speed inspection of defective wafers, large area CCD camera elements (up to 57.3mm diameter), lead frames, printed substrates and defective films.

Designed to provide very high resolution (to 7 microns) and high contrast the numerical aperture of each Macro lenses is very large and chromatic aberration / TV distortion minimal. Integral focus adjustment provides the additional flexibility of fine magnification optimisation. Optional adaptors enable the Macro CCD lenses to be used with a wide range of camera mounts.
