Laser cutting is without doubt the best-known laser application in material processing. A large variety of materials, varying from paper and wood to plastics, ceramics and metal can be cut using a laser.
Based on the requirements we can offer a nozzle system or a scanner system.
The scanner system with its dynamic behaviour is especially well-suited for high speed applications: Cutting speeds up to 20 m/s have been achieved using our MultiScan system.This is 3600 feet/min or 1200 m/min!
Typical applications are the cutting of paper, cardboard, abrasives, adhesive materials and plastic films.

Special features are:

Cutting on the fly: Cutting while the material passes by without stopping;
Kiss-cutting: Selective layer cutting of multi-layer material such as adhesive labels.
More scanner technology

A nozzle system is a very good solution for thicker materials.
Depending on your requirements we can supply both very dynamic and accurate systems and budget systems, with or without material handling.
