Energy Laser provides laser cutting and marking systems based on CO2 sealed laser sources from 10 to 300 Watts and Nd:YAG diode pumped laser sources from 10 to 80 Watts, as well as special machines and feeders. We provide standard equipment for engraving and cutting (plotters and galvo-head based), customized laser systems for an easy integration with customer automated lines, as well as providing laser systems comprehensive with automation required. Laser cutting is used in different industrial and artisan fields to process different materials such as wood, fabrics, paper, plastics and metal The advantages of laser cutting technology are: high productivity, accuracy, no contact between tool and material, high speed and process repeatability, flexibility and low waste production.
Laser marking technology has many advantages when compared to traditional technologies in its versatility, inalterability of the result, high definition of laser marking, no contact between tool and piece, efficiency, an easy integration in production lines, high speed and process repeatability and very low running costs. Laser marking meets the demands of the industrial fields such as traceability, certification, customization and decoration.
