PowerNest allows the automatic nesting of irregular but also rectangular shapes. The library is adapted to all flat-cutting technologies and is used in many technical fields, for any type of material: sheet-metal working, textile, packaging industry, shipbuilding, panel cutting, plastic cutting…

PowerNest naturally proposes nesting in fully-automatic mode but also perfectly integrates to interactive software. A nesting started in manual mode can be completed in automatic mode. It is also possible to nest part by part in automatic mode... PowerNest takes into account many nesting constraints and allows the creation of multiple nesting strategies thanks to its “user preferences”. And with its very high calculation speed, PowerNest guarantees the best performance levels.

Available for all Windows platforms, PowerNest is easily incorporated into any application software thanks to C or C++ calls. For the users to optimally operate PowerNest, Alma proposes a “package” that includes the development licence and the relevant documentation, an initial 2-day training together with a follow-up service (support, maintenance and product update) for a long-term follow-up and collaboration.
