The data can be immediately viewed on the integrated 15” TFT screen, printed or stored for future reference and comparison.

The Lighthouse PORTABLE Particle Counters are used for contamination monitoring in cleanrooms. Offering sensitivity ranges from 0.1 to 25µm and flow rates from 0.1 cfm (2.83 LPM) to 1.0 cfm (28.3 LPM), they feature a small footprint, and transfer up to 6 channels of particle count data using RS-232 via RJ-45 to PC, RS-485/Modbus output.

REACTIVITY MONITOR
The Lighthouse Reactivity Monitor is the only reactivity monitor to gauge in real time the level of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) present in a local environment and transmit data directly to the building management system. Data from the Lighthouse Reactivity Monitor can be used to establish AMC trends, identify AMC episodes and determine effects on yield. The Lighthouse Reactivity Monitor’s copper and silver-plated quartz crystal microbalance sensors measure the mass accumulation of corrosion films formed from the reaction between contaminants and the sensors. This highly sensitive method of measurement indicates the reactivity level of an environment with contaminant levels at or less than one part per billion.

Lighthouse Monitoring System
The Lighthouse Monitoring System (LMS) is a completely automated system that integrates sensors from all major vendors. This system monitors all aspects of the manufacturing environment which can affect the production and/or yield. Environmental requirements are changing quickly as technology advances. The flexibility of LMS allows for this growth within the system without having to invest in separate systems. In addition, a system can start very small and be expanded to include all parameters.

LMS Express
LMS Express is a small monitoring system designed to be used with Lighthouse’s SOLAIR and HANDHELD Particle Counters. LMS Express downloads data collected on these instruments and allows analysis of the data through graphs and data tables. Standard reports - Fed Std 209E, ISO 14644-1, EU Orange Guide, and BS-5295 - can also be printed to view statistics based on the class level of the room being monitored.

Calibration Services
Lighthouse has Calibration Service Centers in each of our worldwide offices. Our management teams track the calibration schedules of our customers and assure that sensors are consistently maintained and calibrated. Our calibration services include: Removal of the sensor (if needed). Installation of a customer spare sensor or Lighthouse loan, if available. Sensor inspection (as received data available). Calibration of the sensor. Reinstallation of the calibrated sensor (if needed). Verification and re-validation at the Lighthouse system. Provide a calibration certificate for each sensor.
Instrument Services
Lighthouse Service Centers will provide excellent service and help reduce downtime. We provide a variety of repair services, such as: Troubleshooting electronics. Laser diode replacement.
