The MAC17 is an innovative smart all-in-one mechatronic solution. It integrates a brushless motor, an encoder, power electronics and a DSP-based indexer into one single compact unit.

Among other functionalities, it features:
- A wide speed range.
- High resolution with smooth velocity profile.
0,5Nm holding torque even at zero-speed.
- No need for an external feedback loop.
- RS485 bus-like protocol for multi-axis applications (2D and 3D).
Controlling the axis is made easy by a high-level language, 10 GPIOs (6 inputs and 4 outputs) and a dedicated PLC allowing standalone operation. This ready-to-use approach reduces the design time and development costs significantly, making the MAC17 ideal for a broad range of applications from laboratory automation to small industrial machines.
