MDI systems are designed to cut soft materials (rubber, plastics, foams, gaskets…) with high pressure water jet (3800 bar) and hard materials (metal, ceramics, glass, stone, composite materials…) with abrasive adjunction.

The MDI system is constituted of a welded frame with an integrated stainless steel tank with adjustable water level, a 2 axis gantry with bellows driven from the two sides of the frame by rails and precision racks. The gantry holds one (or two) height slaved head(s) with motorized Z axis which are equipped with hydraulic ON / OFF valve.

The driving system is constituted by Brushless motors on the 3 axis. A synchronizing shaft enables the gantry progression. A set of high pressure tubes including a pole on the mobile part enables the high pressure water input. The materials being cut are laid on a support made of exchangeable gratings. The access to the cutting area is protected by immaterial barriers.

The cutting head(s) are supplied by a DIGITAL CONTROL pump :
- Standard configuration : SX 245 (60 Hp) – 3800 bar - water or air cooler
- Optionnal configuration : SX 222 (30 Hp) – 3800 bar - water or air cooler
