The Mini Nitrogen Laser MNL 100 is an ideal light source for applications in Life Sciences, like laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy (LIF) and Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption /Ionization Time Of Flight Mass Spectroscopy (MALDI-TOF).

The laser incorporates a sealed cartridge. Only an extra-low voltage 24 DC power supply is necessary for its operation. The laser is air-cooled.

The laser radiation is generated via a solid state high- voltage switch which combines a high stability with a long lifetime (>300 million pulses) and is maintenance-free.

The laser provides an intelligent laser control unit and also offers the possibility of an optical and electrical impulse for the triggering of the external periphery.

Optionally, the laser can be equipped with a 200 µm fiber.
