The laser pattern generating scanner is a unique new treatment modality providing precisely-controlled, homogenous, char-free ablation. It is easily adaptable to all major laser systems. All you need is to connect the control unit and the articulated arm of your laser to the scanner's handpiece. Computer controlled mirrors rapidly displace a focused beam over a trajectory which uniformly covers a tissue area of size that varies from 2 x 2mm2 up to 25 x 25mm2. A sergeon also chooses the scanning speed and the pattern most appropriate to the type of procedure to be performed.

The red aiming beam indicates the outlines of a pattern chosen directly from the scanner's handpiece. The typical shapes are: square, rectangular, traingle, hexagon and circle. Other patterns available on request.
