The MASTERKUBO is Laservall's latest innovation for manual laser spot welding featuring high quality performance and reduced footprint.
Composed of: (1) a space-saving power supply with integrated closed-loop water-to-air cooling, and (2) an ergonomically designed “flip-top” table-top Class I glove box enclosure (“Welding Work Box™”) with the control display panel mounted at eye level.
Laservall's fiber optic beam delivery system with enhanced motorized focusing head creates a “flat-top” beam profile. This enables the creation of a homogeneous weld pool throughout the laser spot (e.g. no more “dimple” in the middle of the laser spot weld caused by concentration of heat). Combine this with precise control of spot size and other laser parameters and you end up with consistently perfect welds every time.
MASTER KUBO comes complete with “Advanced Pulse Filling™” and “on/off” technology which permits the creation of customized pulses with specific shapes allowing the user to optimize the quality, strength and physical appearance of welds according to the material being welded.
