Goodfellow offers more than 200 metals and materials in powdered form for use by researchers and design engineers. Particle sizes range from 0.08 microns (palladium) to 850 microns (iridium). In addition to pure metals, alloys, ceramics, polymers, and compounds, a number of custom-made alloys are available in powdered form. Various techniques can be employed for the manufacture of these materials, the composition of which can be specified to individual requirements.

For more than 35 years, Goodfellow has been a supplier of metals, polymers, ceramics and other materials to meet the research, development, and specialized production requirements of science and industry worldwide. Goodfellow specializes in supplying small quantities (a few grams to a few kilos) of metals and materials for research or prototype development. Custom fabrication and finishing is also available.
