Leuven, November 23th 2005 - Metris, the market leader for CMM based 3D laser scanning, announces the release of Focus Reverse Engineering 4.0. This release is the new reverse engineering software built on the Metris Focus platform.
The Focus Reverse Engineering 4.0 will be presented during the Euromold 2005 tradeshow (Nov 30th - Dec 3rd, Frankfurt, Germany).

Following the customer’s demand to buy “one-stop shopping” solutions, Metris integrates all their software products on the Focus platform. The Focus software suite consists of three integrated products for scanning, inspection and reverse engineering positioning Metris as the first company to offer a complete solution. The Focus Reverse Engineering 4.0 is the second member of the Focus portfolio that is released.
