The Class 1 laser-safe and clean room compatible enclosure houses a rigid and vibration isolated granite platform. This robust and reliable system utilises excimer lasers with beam delivery optics, manual or CNC mask stages, motion control stages, work piece holder, control electronics, and control/ analysis computers. The resultant, integrated tool is fully and automatically controlled by Exitech proprietary software which can be customised, fully flexible or simplified to be process specific.

With a choice of 308nm, 248nm and 193nm excimer laser wavelengths available, plus advanced Mask Projection techniques including Synchronised Image Scanning (SIS), Workpiece scanning and Synchronised Overlay Scanning.
