Microsurf 3D is a non-contact microscope designed for Research and Industrial Laboratories.  Offering rapidity and excellent data resolution, Microsurf 3D provides fast, accurate surface texture measurements in just a few seconds by optical interferometry with 0,1 nm resolution. All surface types can be measured with Microsurf 3D. Microsurf 3D enables accurate and repeatable non-destructive measurements.

Microsurf 3D provides highly stable metrology thanks to its design including a pneumatic anti-vibration system. The instrument is thus isolated from any external vibration.

Microsurf 3D Pilot is an intuitive, interactive and very powerful metrology software providing an extensive range of data analyses.
