SMP manufactures a wide product line of microwave switches.
Using either PIN diodes or MMIC components, we offer both standard type configurations like DPDT,
SPST, SP2T up to SP6T, and customized configurations on special request to provide any switch to achieve
complex matrixes.
Frequency range covers 0.05 to 18 GHz with low insertion loss and high isolation.
Medium power (20 dBm) up to 50 dBm high power products are available.
Fast switching times from few microseconds are achieved, as well as various types of control interface
circuits.
