Liberty Mini-micro critical environments isolate areas from various contamination sources and include the volume surrounding equipment and the space from ceiling to floor. A Mini-micro critical environment encompasses a much smaller area around the process allowing a small volume and proper airflow; totally removing worker contamination from the process.

To achieve the desired cleanliness levels, usually Class 1 or better, and to maintain these levels requires skills not easily found in most “cleanroom design and construction manufacturers”.

Mini-micro critical environments give the user the flexibility to assemble or manufacture contamination sensitive products in a contamination free situation of Class M 1.5 or better. They can be used in an already existing cleanroom or in an area that needs improvement in contamination levels.

Liberty isolation technology allows for control of the environments temperature, humidity, pressure and particulate contamination. Gaseous ambients such as nitrogen or argon are also allowed.

Each Mini-micro critical environment is unique. Liberty designs exclusively to meet the situation. Everything from size to mobility is factored into the design. Liberty engineers work closely with the user to determine exactly what their needs are and design to fit those needs.
