The mini-Tau is an economically priced, ultra-compact system for measuring fluorescence lifetimes based on the technique of Time Correlated Single Photon CountingThe Mini-Tau spectrometer is supplied with the T900 software. This software is a user friendly package offering control of the hardware settings on the TCC900 data acquisition card together with measurement set-up and dataDesigned to be used with fixed wavelength, short pulsed excitation sources, the Mini-tau instrument can be flexibly configured with any number of these high repetition, excitation sources such that there is selectable wavelengths spanning the UV-Visible-NIR spectral region. Table 1 details the specification of these excitation sources
