A single mercury arc lamp provides high intensity UV light
Precision electroformed ellipsoidal reflector and collimation mirrors maximize reflectivity and durability.
Two cold mirrors filter out 95% of IR wavelengths, minimizing phototool and panel heating
High speed shutter allows precise exposure control
Optical intergrator produces optimum collimation and assures uniform illumination over entire exposure area
Shuttle mirror passes or reflects beam allowing a double sided exposure using a single light source
Collimation reflectors align UV rays perpendicular to the substrate over the entire exposure area
