The approved portable test devices MotorTOP and PumpTOP for extensive measurements and quality checks on various types of motors and pumps are available now with comfortable software under Windows® .
The test systems are used for applications when fast and reproducible tests have to be carried out and shall be documented, for example during production, development, repair, maintenance and service.
Standard Measurements:
No load curve with determination of the single losses for
threephase AC motors according to VDE 0530 / T 2
Endurance test with automatic cyclical record of the
measured values
Software-Extensions Motor:
Locked rotor test with calculation of the saturation factors
for current and torque
Operating characteristic curve shown as function of the shaft power
Torque characteristic curve shown as function of the speed
Software-Extensions Pump:
Flow characteristic curve with interpolation method
NPSH curve using new calculation methods
