The free programmable electronic of the DSM Multisystem FL-A controls and monitors pressing-force and pressing-length of all DSM-Precisionpresses of the series EMP.
With this system, several independent pressing courses can be free programmed and controled without an additional computer.
By the pretence of put together tolerance windows from the force and length course, it ensues a continued, interruption-free monitoring of the pressing course, i.e. the pressing process is not only transparent by a reached, defined depth and force.
Through an integrated, statistical evaluation of the measuring results, which can be transfered to an external printer or computer at any time, the quality assurance is improved, too.
In addition, the exceed respectively the trespass of pretended tolerances during the pressing course is immediately displayed by control lamps. Through that, faulty parts can already be recognized during the process of production.
The 4 standard inputs and outputs make it possible for the Multisystem FL-A, to take over some minor works of control.
