A sterile, closed, disposable system for sampling fluids from sterile and aseptic processes


The patented NovaSeptum Liquid Sampling System is ideal for general fluid and cell culture sampling from aseptic and sterile processes.

Effective sampling is a critical and important step in the assessment of quality attributes of raw materials, in-process controls and final products. Imprecise or false results related to non-reliable sampling techniques can lead to expensive reprocessing of intermediate products or even batch rejection.

With its unique design, NovaSeptum enables operators to take sterile samples in critical manufacturing processes with total integrity. It eliminates the risk of cross contamination between processes, samples and operators while ensuring that the sample and the process is kept closed during the complete procedure of sampling and sample processing. Furthermore the innovative NovaSeptum technology allows easy sampling with simple handling steps. By eliminating the need to validate complex CIP/SIP procedures or sanitize open sampling ports NovaSeptum is time-saving.

NovaSeptum is the safest sampling system on the market. It is available in sizes from 50 ml up to 1000 ml and meets a wide range of applications. A wide range of holders and connectors are also available. All components in contact with the product conform to USP Class VI regulations.

Last born, NovaSeptum AV was especially designed to meet the new production trends. The original design of the needle enables accurate sampling volumes from 1 to 5 ml ideal for drugs with specific applications, which are particularly expensive.
