A viewing solution for compact machining centres, requires only 12 mm height on the machine inside, ideal for moving doors with wiper system. Assembly is easy like with VISIPORT with 3M glueing tape.
NUMAPORT consists of a metal frame with 5 sectional openings to allow air to be blown onto a diamant coated glass screen. The whole system works with a smart electronic control which is part of the unit.
The system has two operating modes:
1. 3 intervals on demand
2. permanent intervals
The glass screen is basically identical with the "Golden Eye" disc of VISIPORT, which means it is ideal for many coolants, oils and aluminum chips. The customer has multiple advantages besides the actual cleaning purpose. The additional diamond glass screen protects the machine window, is much harder allowing a longer life time and is more easily changeable than the standard window.
