Optical Polishing Kit

This optical polishing kit contains all the accessories needed for buffing and re-polishing soft materials that do not require pitch polishing such as NaCl, KBr and KCl windows for spectroscopic application. Polishing form blank materials will require a bit of skill from grinding, smoothing and polishing but buffing and re-polishing require minimal skill. Polishing from blank also requires a glass optical flat. The kit is not recommended for cleaning KRS-5.
