OPTO-GLOVES® combines contamination control and electrical dissipation properties with the comfort and feel of textiles. They are a great alternative to latex gloves and finger cots for handling precision optics. The polyester knit construction is soft and non-damaging to delicate optical components. The wearer has excellent tactile-feel and control. They are washable for continued reuse. The gloves are lint-free for use under laminar flow hoods and cleanrooms to class 100. They feature an elastic-stretch wrist and provide an overall snug-fit. The wristband is color-coded for immediate identification of size and type. OPTO-GLOVES’ electrostatic dissipation properties are perfect for modern opto-electronic assemblies using such sensitive components as laser diode assemblies and CCD arrays.
